The weekly charter price includes: professional skipper, VAT, bedding and towels, water and fuel at arrival, dinghy with electric outboard, and berth fees at Salamina Marina. The mandatory service package (€420) includes final cleaning inside & out, TV Netflix & Apple TV, and WiFi Starlink.

Not included: fuel consumption during the trip (diesel for sailing/motoring), food and beverages, marina fees at other ports (typically €30-80/night), optional extras like SUP board (€100), kayak (€100), or hostess service (price on request).

Yes! We offer 5% discount for 2-week charters and 10% discount for 3-week charters. These discounts apply to the weekly charter rate.

Cancellation more than 60 days before charter: 50% deposit refunded. Cancellation 30-60 days before: 25% refunded. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your charter start date. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Whispering Angel is our personal yacht, meticulously upgraded in 2025 to standards beyond new. Key features: silent nights with 20 hours of air conditioning powered by lithium batteries and solar panels (no generator noise), Starlink satellite WiFi, electric sail controls, and premium comfort in all three en-suite cabins. It's maintained to our own exacting standards, not as a fleet boat.

Maximum 6 guests in 3 private cabins: 1 master cabin with double bed and 2 guest cabins with twin beds (convertible to doubles). Each cabin has its own en-suite bathroom with electric toilet and shower. The skipper has a separate crew cabin in the bow.

Yes, 5 air conditioning units throughout: one in each cabin and two in the salon. Uniquely, our lithium battery system (1200Ah) with solar panels and wind generator powers all AC units for up to 20 hours without running the generator — meaning silent, comfortable nights at anchor.

Yes, we have Starlink satellite internet that works throughout Greek waters, even in remote anchorages. Additionally, we have 5G mobile WiFi in coastal areas. You'll stay connected wherever you sail.

Departure is from Salamina Marina, located 90 minutes from Athens International Airport. Your private driver meets you at the airport and brings you directly to the boat — no luggage hassle. We recommend bringing soft travel bags instead of hard suitcases (much easier to store on board).

Your route is flexible and planned with your skipper based on your preferences, wind conditions, and desired comfort. Popular options include: Saronic Gulf (Aegina, Hydra, Poros, Epidavros, Ermioni), Cyclades islands (Kythnos, Sifnos, Milos, Paros, Antiparos, Naxos), and even Mykonos and beyond for longer charters. The entire Greek archipelago is your playground.

Yes! Mykonos is reachable in a week-long charter if you focus on that direction. Santorini is further (about 120 nautical miles from Salamina) and would require at least 10-14 days to enjoy comfortably without rushing. For a typical one-week charter, we recommend the closer Cyclades (Kythnos, Sifnos, Milos) or the beautiful Saronic Gulf islands.

Greece sailing season runs April through October. May-June and September offer the best combination: pleasant temperatures (22-28°C), lighter winds, fewer crowds, and lower prices. July-August are warmest (28-35°C) with stronger Meltemi winds and peak pricing. April and October are quieter with the lowest prices, though water is cooler for swimming.

No sailing experience required! Your professional skipper handles all sailing, navigation, and boat operations. You can participate as much or as little as you wish — from actively helping to sail, to simply relaxing and enjoying the journey. This is a fully skippered charter.

Your skipper monitors weather continuously and adjusts the route for your comfort and safety. Greece typically enjoys excellent summer weather, but if strong winds occur, we'll choose protected anchorages and alternative routes. The yacht is fully equipped for all conditions, and your safety is our top priority.

Food and beverages are not included — you provision what you like. We can arrange provisioning before your arrival, or you can shop at supermarkets in various ports. The galley is fully equipped with electric stove & oven, Nespresso machine, 3 refrigerators and 1 freezer. We also have a stocked on-board bar with spirits (honor system — replenish what you use).

Yes! A professional hostess can be added to your charter. She will handle meal preparation, service, interior cleaning, and general hospitality, allowing you to fully relax. Price on request — contact us for details.

Essentials: soft-sided luggage (not hard suitcases), casual clothing, swimwear, sunscreen (high SPF), sunglasses, hat, and seasickness medication if prone. We provide all bedding, towels, and beach towels. Bring non-marking deck shoes or go barefoot on board. Optional: your own snorkel gear, favorite beverages, and any special food items.

Yes, families with children are welcome! The yacht has safety netting, swim ladder, and shallow swimming spots are easy to find in Greece. We recommend children be comfortable swimmers. Children count toward the 6-guest maximum.

Our skipper is fluent in Dutch, English, and German. He's experienced with Greek waters, local culture, and can recommend the best restaurants, beaches, and hidden anchorages.

Strongly recommended. Travel insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. The yacht itself is fully insured, but guests' personal items and cancellation costs are not covered by our insurance.

Fuel consumed during your charter week (diesel for main engine and generator) is charged at actual cost, typically €150-400 per week depending on how much you motor versus sail. We encourage sailing when conditions allow — it's quieter, more authentic, and more economical.

Absolutely. Whispering Angel is our personal yacht and maintained to the highest standards. All safety equipment exceeds Greek and EU requirements: life jackets, life raft, EPIRB emergency beacon, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, and full navigation electronics. The yacht undergoes professional inspections annually and continuous maintenance throughout the season.

The yacht is meticulously maintained to prevent issues. In the rare event of a mechanical problem, your skipper is trained to handle most repairs. We also have 24/7 technical support and partnerships with marine service providers throughout Greece. Your charter continues safely with minimal disruption.

Marinas offer shore power and easy access to restaurants (€30-80/night, paid separately). Anchoring in beautiful bays is free, peaceful, and often more scenic — our sustainable energy system makes overnight anchoring very comfortable.
